SHIPPING & PICK-UP OPTIONS

• Mail orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders received after 9 AM on Wednesday through Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday or Tuesday depending on destination. $25 minimum required for free shipping (AZ, CA, OR, WA, HI and AK $35 min).
  
• Milwaukee area local home delivery orders will arrive within 1-2 business days.  Only available for residents of Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Waukesha counties! Next day delivery cut-off for orders is 3pm. Orders received after 3pm will be delivered within 2 business days. We do not deliver on weekends.
  
• Pick up  at the bakery. Please give us 24 hours notice for pick-up orders as every pretzel is baked fresh to order. Pick up orders Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm. We are not open for pick ups on weekends.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

• Unfortunately we cannot combine multiple addresses under one order. Orders to multiple addresses require an individual order for each shipment or delivery. Thank you for understanding!

• Pretzels are always baked and shipped fresh on the same day. Products are never shipped frozen. 
• PRETZELS MUST BE CONSUMED OR FROZEN THE DAY THEY ARRIVE. While we strive for excellent customer service, Milwaukee Pretzel cannot be responsible for spoiled product resulting from improper storage.
