Unfortunately, our pretzels are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis.
For instances where product is defective, damaged or spoiled, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 3 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at (414) 944-0849 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference your order number in the email. Photos of spoiled and/or damaged product must be sent as part of refund claim for review by Milwaukee Pretzel Co..

Refunds are only valid for defective or damaged product. Milwaukee Pretzel Company is not responsible for spoilage due to user error. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within ten (10) days.
